Hanoi Museum, Vietnam

This is a stunning contemporary architecture in Hanoi
from Meinhard von Gerkan, Nikolaus Goetze, Klaus Lenz.

What a big contrast from the old french quarter I visited
a few years ago ... I adored the charming of
old Hanoi.
This is going to be a city of new and old again.
Location: Hanoi, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi Vietnam
Design Team: Meinhard von Gerkan, Nikolaus Goetze, Klaus Lenz
Project Area: 30,000 sqm
Photographs: Marcus Bredt

...
the spiral hallways reminded me of Guggenheim museum in NYC.
