Japaneses Screen

selecting something cheaper than what you really like —
it compromises you, because you are never really happy with the result."
— Rose Cumming, Interior Designer.

Japanese Screen Kaiho Yusetsu (1598-1677)
6-panel screen with Chinese landscape in snow;
ink and light tea color on paper.
Signed Kaiho Yusetsusai ga and sealed Kaiho and Kido
61½ x 148". Seen @ NYC.
I came across image below (though I don't know the designer nor the photographer. If anyone know please inform me so proper credit can be given) using similar color palette screen on the wall with western furniture, I thought it was brilliant.
