Time to warm up your kitchen
how about bake a plate of oatmeal cookies
to surprise your neighbor, your office
or simply invite friends
to share a pot of tea and
some home baked cookies!

" Sharing is loving."

Voila!
3 tablespoon butter
1 egg
¼ cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 ½ cup oats
½ cup raisins
¼ cup crushed almond
¼ teaspoon of baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt  (optional)

Preheat oven 350 F.
Mix the melted the butter with sugar, egg, milk and vanilla.
Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased and floured cookie sheet.
Bake at 350F for 15 -18 mins.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
