Dinner 4 Two
- Seasoned chicken with sea salt, olive oil, black peppers and oregano. Placed in a roasting pan, sprinkled chopped onion as shown in picture.
- Mix orange juice, wine, lemon juice and hot chillie and poured over chicken.
- Cooked chicken for 25 minutes. Glazed chicken with the juice in the pan.Then turn chicken around and sprinkle fresh orange peels around the chicken. Cooked for another 15 minutes; then turn the chicken around, and glazed more with the juice. Cooked for another 10 mins.
While waiting for chicken to cook, prepare saffron rice and salad.
Whole process, an hour.
