I use this in the evening especially in the winter months.

Created by CHANEL perfumer Jacques Polge in 1981 to reflect the emergence of today's complex man. Inspired by the legend of the Greek hero Antaeus, the fragrance captures both the strength and sensibility of modern man. Antaeus, the giant in Greek mythology, the son of Poseidon (the god of the sea) and Gaia (goddess of the earth). This invincible fighter, who was invulnerable as long as he stayed in touch with his mother Earth, met his downfall only when Heracles (Hercules in Latin) overcame him by holding him above the ground in vice-like grip. Men can be both strong and vulnerable, and the ANTAEUS fragrance reminds us of this by alluding to the theme of virility with tenderness and indulgence.

Fragrance Family: Leather, aromatic. Spicy Citrus with woody, leathery base notes.

The scent was created for him.

Created in 1902 and taking its name from Blenheim Palace the seat of one of England's most respected bloodlines, Blenheim Bouquet is a bracing mix of citrus oils, spices and woods. Inhaling Blenheim Bouquet today it is hard to imagine it was created over one hundred years ago. It is a fragrance that has continually adapted to every twist and turn of its existence. Blenheim Bouquet is discreet, sensual and immaculately turned out with a flash of heritage flourish.

Head Notes: Lemon, Lime and Lavender.
Base Notes: Pines, Musk and Black Pepper.

I use this in summer months or during the day time for most seasons.
