Auld Lang Syne - Happy New Year



The "Happy New Year"
Ingredients::
1/4 oz brandy
3/4 oz ruby port
3/4 oz orange juice
4 oz champagne
Preparation:
Pour the brandy, port and orange juice
into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well. Strain into a champagne flute.
Top with champagne.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
