click on image to enlargeIt was that late summer when I stayed at Okehampton, Devon, I went to visit Libby, Michael and their boys, Henry and Rueben, at Budleigh Salterton. Michael happened to be out of town.

Country driving was always pleasant especially someone was doing the driving, I could easily sat on the passenger seat and let my mind flying out the window while the car went through small towns and farm lands and many picturesque places.

Budleigh Salterton is a small town with many lovely humble English cottages, a handful of small little tourist shops, and of course there are places for sweet cream tea!

Libby made lovely lunch and the two boys were simply adorable.
After lunch we took a walk along the beautiful clean pebble beach,
I had never seen a beach like this before.
It was beautiful.

It was a windy and wet and chilly afternoon.
