Summer Exotic " Poison"

The mango alone sound exotic and refreshing for summer!
Treat yourself and your guests with sensational mango iced tea
either in the city rooftops or
party in Hamptons' gardens or
lounging on Fire island decks or
on rocking chairs in Upstate New York.

Christopher Ong's Summer Mango Ice Tea
1 large ripe mango
1 1/2 quarts cold water
6 high quality black tea bags
2 cup mango nectar
2 tablespoon sugar
ice cubes
fresh mint
Alcohol
- Directions -
Make tea according to the instructions.
Peeled mango and diced into small cubes and toss with sugar in a large pitcher. Stir well with a wooden spoon and, mashing some of the mango against the sides of the pitcher to extract the juice. Add mango nectar and sugar, to taste. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Chilled. Serve over ice.
Tips:
- Add 1 to 2 shots of alcohol to taste if serving adult guests. Garnish with mint leaves.
